Sean Greenlee

Sean Greenlee is a social impact executive and feels privileged to work on turning inspired ideas into realities. He currently serves as manager of Global Social Impact at Starbucks Coffee Company. Sean is passionate about creating opportunities for others, removing barriers and providing resources for those in need, supporting career pathways and strengthening communities.  

Sean joined Starbucks in 2014, subsequently spending 3 years in retail operations leading a portfolio of stores prior to transitioning to the Social Impact team.  Sean also has broadscale operations’ experiences which include extensive work with and leading people from diverse backgrounds in retail operations, supply chain and internationally as a Supply Officer in the United States Navy. Additionally, Sean serves in a leadership role on the Starbucks Armed Forces Network (ESG). 

Outside Starbucks, Sean serves on the board of directors for the Renton Chamber of Commerce, and Key to Change, inspiring underserved youth through world-class music instruction and supporting their development as self-aware leaders.   Sean is also the VP of Development for the Stanford Military Services Network and enjoys attempting to mentor his three boys.

Sean was raised in Seattle and graduated from Stanford University.
